Master Craftsman Employment Opportunities

*New Position*

The Master Craftsman Program is currently accepting applications for a possible new position. Artists who have experience working with hot glass, metals/jewelry, wood/furniture, plaster, and sculpture are encouraged to apply. This position will not focus on a single specialty, but provide an experience to broaden the artist’s skills. Responsibilities will include participation in studio projects, teaching within medium, contributions to community projects, development of personal work, and commitment to studio aspirations. Applying artists should have completed their MFA within the last two years.

How To Apply:

Send an artist statement, CV and CD of no more than 30 images with reference sheet. Images must be TIF or JPG format, sized for web viewing. Image reference sheet should include the artist, title, media, dimensions, and file name for each image. No slides or prints. The deadline for applications has been extended to January 1, 2009.
